AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Traffic and Stage Construction Manager to be based in one of the following locations: New York /New Jersey Tri-State Area. This position can also be a remote position in or near the Tri-State Area above.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Work as a project manager for State Transportation and infrastructure projects for task orders through on-call contracts and standalone projectsDevelop scope of services for Traffic Control, Stage Construction and Regional Planning related to design, traffic engineering studies, and emerging technology projectsLead pursuits of both traditional government RFPs as well as unsolicited proposals related to transportation InfrastructureDevelop existing and new client relationship with a focus Transportation client s with state, city and municipal governmentsProvides oversight and direction to project team members and subconsultantsInteract directly with clients at project meetings and ensure that all client project designs meet engineering standardsInteract directly with other disciplines such as roadway, drainage, structures, geotechnical, water, and environment and coordinate designConduct and execute technical work in the field of traffic and emerging technologyLead the development of Plans, Specifications, and Estimates (PS&E) packages based upon agency standards and specificationsWork as part of a team and independently in evaluating and applying Traffic Engineering principles, standards, and criteria
