As technology continues to play a pivotal role in how our industry serves investors, BlackRock is transforming the way financial professionals help clients secure a better financial future.What team will you be on?This role sits within the Aladdin Revenue Marketing team, with a specific focus on the Aladdin Wealth business, and is responsible for building market momentum, activating new partner firms and driving usage of our technology offerings through sales and marketing initiatives. We work directly with client firms, as well as with global, digital and product marketing teams within BlackRock to amplify the technology narrative and make a commercial impact on clients’ businesses and BlackRock’s revenue.What will you be doing?We are seeking an energetic, results-oriented marketer with a breadth of strategy, consulting and marketing experience to work directly with our client firms on go-to-market planning, executing launches and delivering ongoing activation tactics for our technology integrations. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role that collaborates with internal and external teams across marketing channels to drive client success. We will look to this marketer to maintain a disciplined, repeatable approach for interacting with our client firms to empower them with expertise, best practices and compelling content, from ideation to execution.What are we looking for?· Confident, critical thinker, with 5+ years experience working in or consulting for wealth manager home offices, financial advisor teams or retail financial technology.· Strong communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to write polished short-form content (i.e., email copy, web copy, decks and marketing pieces).· Ability to build collaborative working relationships with and influence multiple internal and external partners.· A quick learner who can ‘think ahead,’ synthesizing and codifying best practices from interactions, initiatives and industry trends.· Flourishes in a team-based environment to drive campaign execution, knowing when to collaborate, delegate and/or roll up your sleeves.· Is comfortable working alongside technical SMEs and with analytical as well as marketing concepts during client meetings.· An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive under pressure as well as set and meet tight deadlines across simultaneous high-priority partner projects.· Ability to drive quantifiable results tied to key business objectives.For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
