Our goal is to remain at the forefront of assessment and measurement efficacy within the education and ed tech space as it continues to grow and evolve.SummaryThe Manager of Event Strategy will be responsible for the global enterprise event and conference strategy and the development of programs, communications, and sales enablement, as well as measurement functions. The incumbent will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop integrated measurable event plans and programs aligned to Workday business priorities and marketing objectives. This role reports to the Executive Director of Brand and Channel Marketing and will oversee a team responsible for event marketing logistics and event planning.Responsibilities

Leads and develops event strategy and experience design, event marketing communications, audience acquisition, demand generation, global field enablement and engagement, and integrated campaign alignment.

Support the creation of event experiences across business groups with an audience-first perspective and event attendee journeys from pre-event to post-event.

Oversee management and tracking of all company-wide events/conferences at which ETS has/should have a presence.

Partners with Marketing, Communications, and Sales teams on event tech and digital, customer marketing, and integrated marketing

Aides in the development, coordination, and implementation of marketing assets across our business units

Assists with global event reporting including post-event surveys, measurement recaps, and more; Makes recommendations on new event/conference opportunities at which ETS should have a presence.

Travel to select events as needed. This may include weekend and evening hours.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function.

EducationBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required.Experience

7+ years of experience in event strategy, event marketing communications, or similar role

Skilled at cultivating relationships with internal and external partners and cross-functional teams

Proven ability working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple collaborators and concurrent programs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with or supporting programs that support sales and drive pipeline.

High level of organizational and project management skills

Adept at multitasking under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously.

Strong work ethic is a requirement.

Ability to take initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.

Success with achieving goals and OKRs.
