Dow Jones is a division of News Corp (Nasdaq: NWS, NWSA; ASX: NWS, NWSLV).About the RoleAs Product Manager, Mobile - Platform you will partner with the rest of our growing Mobile team to implement key features of our overall mobile platform supporting The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, and MarketWatch mobile apps. Reporting to the Director of Mobile Products, you will be responsible for planning, defining and executing against various strategic approaches and technical implementations of features intended to create stability, improve performance, and enhance our overall product offering. These features will have a direct impact on our ability to further engage our readers and generate incremental revenue.This role combines product, business and technical strategy. You will be required to interface with the technology teams that support our various backend, content management, and data systems. You will also interface directly with stakeholders across our business in order to ensure that we maintain and improve-upon a first-in-class mobile experience for our readers .You are a creative self-starter, multi-skilled in product strategy, business and technology. You pride yourself on delivering features on-time and without compromising quality. You are able to efficiently manage multiple initiatives concurrently, while effectively communicating to stakeholders throughout the product development process.You Will:

Work cross-functionally across business lines to define product requirements and prioritize the Mobile Platform roadmap.

Support the stability of our product by ensuring our apps are fast, efficient, and providing the right data and insights for our business.

Make product enhancements and optimizations that benefit our broader KPI goals (including Engagement and Revenue goals).

Perform analysis to demonstrate ROI and impact of product enhancements.

Work with research teams to gather and analyze audience feedback regarding our products.

Collaborate closely with software developers throughout the product life cycle.

Define and measure KPIs for success.

Other duties as assigned.

You Have:

3+ years of product management experience, ideally with a consumer platform focus.

Some direct experience working with, or on, a multi-functional technology team.

Passion and knowledge about digital media, news and investing.

Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative consumer research.

Fluency in product metrics, specifically those related to subscriptions.

Experience conducting experimentation, familiarity with Optimizely a plus.

Experience defining and implementing product requirements for websites and mobile apps.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across the full spectrum of internal stakeholders and customers.

Proven ability partnering with a technology organization.

Highly strategic as well as detail-oriented.
