Read more: careers.bms.com/working-with-us .Position SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building digital solutions for US Commercial to increase the uptake of our portfolio. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out digital solutions focused on customer & patient experience, field force engagement experience and market specific connected analytics products that deliver on US Commercial vision and strategy.Key Responsibilities
Gain a deep understanding of HCP & patient journey and field engagement for key US brands, identify and fill digital product gaps and generate new US market focused ideas that improve customer & patient experience, field engagement and connected analytics capabilities to drive growth
Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build-vs.-buy perspective
Shape the digital product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Drive and manage projects from ideation to rollout working with cross-functional teams
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Drive the product backlog and work closely with the development team on the tactical and technical details needed to build new functionality
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and optimize the adoption
Drive rollout and change management activities with the business stakeholders to realize the planned business outcomes for the product
Qualifications & Experience
Strong Pharmaceutical experience in the Commercial space leading and delivering projects focusing on customer & patient experience and field customer engagement
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Proven ability to shape digital products and effectively communicate recommendations to senior leaders
Experience in and an understanding of software development methodologies and development processes, like agile and knowledge of scrum
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and leveraging key Commercial focused & emerging technologies (Veeva, Salesforce, Web Technologies, Generative AI etc.)
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong partnership and collaboration skills
Strong project management background with cross-functional team leadership
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field and 4-6 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial preferred
