Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort are looking for a friendly, flexible, and guest-focused Guest Experience Attendant to join our team, someone who can confidently assist across both Front Office and Food & Beverage operations on a full-time basisThis is a hands-on, dynamic role perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a guest-facing environment. You'll be a key part of our resort hotel experience, ensuring our guests feel welcome, well cared for, and delighted from check-in to check-out and everywhere in between.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests on arrival and handle check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmthAssist with food and beverage service in our restaurant, bar, or during in-room diningProvide local recommendations, handle guest requests, and respond to feedback promptlyDeliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B areaSet up and pack down breakfast or function areas as requiredCoordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are metProcess payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest recordsShift Details:Dual role across front office and food & beverageFull-time position with a minimum of 30 hours per weekMust be available to work across the Christmas and New Year period Immediate start is available
