Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.The Associate Director – Launch Readiness and Execution will support efficient global launch plans and ensure organizational readiness. This position will engage with cross functional team members across the globe to establish and embed launch excellence processes in a decentralized organization. Individual will be responsible for leading relevant teams/projects as well as supporting the execution of key initiatives and processes.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead launch planning, implement supporting processes, and partner with cross-functional team members to collaborate on launch execution.

Develop and leverage project management tools, tracking achievements, and identifying areas of risk and opportunities to accelerate

Optimally communicate across a variety of teams, regions and functions. Provides timely and engaging updates to leadership on launch initiatives. Report essential updates around key initiatives

Proactively identify and raise potential risks and opportunities to stakeholders; provide recommendations as appropriate.

Accountable to continuous process improvement around launch readiness and overall commercial operations. Develop innovative tools, resources and processes in order to enable business outcomes. Monitor progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and take proactive measures to ensure on-time completion of launch activities

Responsible for communication, coordination and project management for global initiatives. Create comprehensive, cross-functional plans for launch readiness for global oncology products. In partnership with business and regional owners, develop risk mitigation plans and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications QualificationsEducation:

BA/BS required, MBA preferred.

Experience and Skills:Required:

8 years of program management and industry operational experience such as (business, marketing, supply chain or product management)

Demonstrated launch experience, pre- and post-launch planning and track-record of success or equivalent experience in building roadmaps and portfolio management equivalent.

Demonstrated success solving ambiguous business challenges

Strong experience with PMO tools, data visualization or equivalent

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Some travel required (<20%) domestic and international

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for participation in this program in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
