TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in NJ for their customer service position. This role will be supporting the customer service team with inbound calls scheduling service appointments. This position is part time working 2 days/week, Monday and Tuesday. This role is a long term contract with opportunity for conversion.Description:
Support call center operations
Answering incoming calls and schedule appointments for services
Data entry
Internal department communication
Track data and update information as needed
Qualifications:
Customer service experience
Microsoft office experience
Strong communication skills
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday and Tuesday (part time)
Shift: 8am-4:30pm

Bilingual Spanish candidate- $20/hr
