Proud to be an equal opportunity employer!The Manager of Design & Sustain holds the responsibility and accountability for ensuring Supply Chain System Design and Sustain Excellence for Plan and Source.The Manager, Design & Sustain Plan/Source plays a pivotal role to leverage standard processes across the enterprise, drive preventative action, enable enterprise/E2E knowledge sharing and act as an escalation point for critical user issues. The scope of the work includes supply chain, both in Innovative Medicine and MedTech. It requires leadership skills, forging collaborative working relationships with JJT, Vendor, business process owners and Domain Experts across the Enterprise. The role requires to identify, refine, design, develop and deploy system improvements to achieve process efficiencies and cost reductions.This role will collaborate with Enterprise Standard Owners to ensure the continuity and maintenance of Supply Chain Plan/Source Design Standards, which encompasses process flows, user stories, and process decompositions. This position includes leading design workshops/assessments to identify improvements and future state processes/requirements.Key Responsibilities:

Create, update, uphold the integrity of the SC Design Standards, encompassing system agnostic Taxonomy design process flows, and user stories to ensure ongoing relevance and usefulness.

Support collaborative partnerships with Enterprise Standard Owners and Business Process Owners to ensure continuous alignment of Design Standards with evolving requirements and objectives.

Support Business Process Owners during design workshops to raise awareness and promote education regarding Supply Chain Standards.

Facilitate and participate in Design program workshops as needed, using Supply Chain Standards for maximum benefit.

May assume Business Product Owner (BPO) accountabilities for Enterprise Supply Chain Platforms, providing services to stakeholders.

Continuously seek process improvement through a combination of Continuous Improvement (CI)/Lean methodologies, lessons learned, and benchmarking.

Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Excellence teams and offering constructive feedback and insights, based on lessons learned, to continually enhance Supply Chain Excellence services.

Leverage standard methodologies across the enterprise, drive preventative action, enable enterprise/E2E knowledge sharing and act as an escalation point for critical user issues.

Partner with Technical Product Owner to ensure system enhancements/ improvements meet enterprise standards.

QualificationsEducation:A minimum of a Bachelor's or equivalent University degree is required.Experience and Skills:Required:

A minimum of 6 years relevant work experience.

Supply Chain Capability expertise in Plan / Source.

Experience in building consensus and ability to negotiate trade off decisions in the design space.

Demonstrated strong collaboration and influencing skills to partner effectively at all levels and across multiple groups.

Demonstrated strong relationship development, conflict resolution, and team building instincts, with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate both internally and externally.

Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.

Process re-engineering experience.

Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Adaptability to adjust to internal customers service needs.

Preferred:

Supply Chain Capability expertise in Deliver and/or Make.

Functional knowledge of Supply Chain technology components and end-to-end business processes, transactions and interactions.

Functional experience in deploying and supporting Plan / Source systems within Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals or other healthcare regulated sectors.

Problem solving skills - Six Sigma/LEAN certification and/or similar.

Project management skills

Customer focus (internal & external)

Experience in managing multiple diverse stakeholder groups.

Strategic thinking – perspective on business models

Other:

Must be fluent in the English language (speak, read & write)

This position may require up to 25% domestic & international travel.

This position has an estimated annual salary of 99,000- 197,000 USD$.
