Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a SOC Project Manager to join their pharmaceutical client's ISRM (Information Security and Risk Management) team. Our client is looking for strong PM experience, who's worked in both a waterfall and agile environment. The Network Security Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of multiple enterprise-grade firewalls and related network security technologies. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, coordinating complex security projects, and ensuring the organization's network infrastructure adheres to security best practices and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute network security projects, including firewall upgrades, replacements, and new deployments Manage the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of enterprise firewall platforms from vendors such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, etc. Collaborate with network, security, and IT operations teams to develop and implement secure network architectures Establish and maintain standardized processes for firewall rule management, change control, and incident response Analyze firewall logs and security event data to identify and mitigate threats and vulnerabilities Develop and deliver comprehensive reports on the performance, utilization, and security posture of the firewall infrastructure Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members and end-users on firewall administration and security best practices Ensure compliance with internal security policies, industry standards (e.g., NIST, PCI-DSS), and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
