Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst (Supply Chain Analyst 2)Location:Ridgefield Park, NJ,Job Description:Top 3 Skill Sets:Demand planningExcel expertCustomer serviceHybrid: Office Monday - Thursday (Fri remote)Sales Operations AnalystThis role is responsible for managing the weekly sales and order forecasts for specific segments of CE (Consumer Electronics) business. It will require strong relationship building with retail channel partners as well as sales, marketing, operations & logistics. This role will actively coordinate planning and identify risk & opportunity predicated upon the current forecasts while requiring individual work to provide analysis that is concise and actionable.A major responsibility will be managing the weekly CPFR (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment) process with our retail channel partners. Performance will be measured against assigned sales goals, channel inventory targets (WOS) and forecast accuracy. Finally, there will be a consistent requirement to identify macro trends and produce a weekly risk analysis all while measuring daily & weekly sales achievement.Roles & Responsibility Manage weekly CPFR process with Retail or Distribution Customers Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sell Thru units Ensure Order Management accuracy in ERP system - SAP Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment Additional duties and responsibilities as assignedRequired Skills and Attributes Minimum of 2+ years of related experience Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, finance, supply chain Hands on Forecasting experience Strong analytical & communication skills Ability to work independently & manage multiple competing demands Customer Oriented Participative & collaborates to solve problems Ability to work in a high-demand environment & prioritize Meet deadlines under pressure Analytical, attention to detail and accuracy Advanced skills in MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivots, etc.) ERP experience, preferably SAP Experience with Business Intelligence toolsKey Measures Forecast Accuracy/Achievement rate – Sell In Orders and Sell Thru Sales Inventory Weeks of Supply Powered by JazzHR
