Ready to make your mark?ADP is looking for a Sr. Director Strategy & Product OperationsThe Senior Director of Strategy & Product Operations will be instrumental in establishing this new function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for leading a team focused on Product Strategy, Data Analysis and Product Analytics, Tools and Systems Management, Cross-functional Collaboration, and Enablement. The role includes redefining key processes based on best practices; e.g., product demos, product roadmap updates and releases – as well as designing tailored enablement programs.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Function and Team Establishment:Design the structure and define the strategic role of the new product operations function. Recruit, build, and mentor a new team to support various product lines and business segments.Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute strategies that drive operational excellence and align with broader business objectives.Data Analysis and Product Analytics:Oversee the creation and management of a robust analytics framework to provide actionable insights into product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.Tools and Systems Management:Lead the selection and implementation of essential tools and systems that support effective product development, launch, and management across all segments.Cross-functional Collaboration:Ensure effective collaboration across departments to maintain updated and impactful product demos and communicate essential updates on product roadmaps and launches to all relevant stakeholders.Product Enablement:Work closely with senior leaders to identify and prioritize experiential learning and enablement programs for product teams.
