ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:

Manage operations related to sales initiatives that focus on new projects, process optimization, and customer experience enhancements. Initiatives will require end-to-end execution from initial assessment through recommendation and execution.

Develop and publish insightful PowerBI dashboards for dynamic insight into strategic areas of the business.

Develop and build reporting and analyses on significant sales initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Build financial forecasting and market analysis to develop competitive intelligence in easily consumable forms.

Analysis of compensation models and back-office tasks.

Provide executive-level reporting, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review data by way of developing a repeatable process.

Work across multiple business units to identify and drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree – Business Administration or related field required.

3+ years of experience in sales operations and operations management.

3+ years of experience with PowerBI and Excel reporting experience.

3+ years working with or managing sales operations.

Required Skills

Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in financial analysis and reporting.

Thorough knowledge of PowerBI for analysis and reporting and SharePoint management.

Experience with performing back-office tasks.

Experience managing customers and projects in a Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

Certifications Required

Data analytic certifications preferred

Unique Requirements

Position requires 15% travel

Additional Information

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
