Known for our handmade donuts, fresh-baked cakes, classic pastries, cookies, pies, rolls, and more, we pride ourselves on using traditional baking methods to deliver high-quality baked goods to our community.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will work directly with our Head Baker in all aspects of bakery production — from mixing and dough preparation to shaping, baking, and finishing. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about baking and committed to quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately mix ingredients according to recipes and production needs
Prepare, cut, shape, and form dough for a variety of baked goods including pastries, breads, donuts, and rolls
Operate commercial bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, proofers, sheeters, etc.)
Monitor dough fermentation and proofing times to ensure product quality
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with food safety standards
Assist with inventory and supply management as needed
Collaborate with the Head Baker on daily production and new product development
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen setting preferred
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, and pastry shaping
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working early mornings and maintaining a flexible schedule
Team-oriented with strong communication and time management skills
Familiarity with bakery equipment is a plus
