Responsibilities
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, to customers
Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Create a welcoming atmosphere for patrons by engaging with them in a friendly manner
Experience
Previous experience in bartending or a related role is preferred (2+ years)
Familiarity with fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to cater to diverse customer needs
Experience in the food industry or brewing industry is beneficial
