Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation.
- Uphold high standards of food presentation and plate execution.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a high-volume setting, while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
