Kitchen Manager is 46-50hours with two days off.
kitchen manager oversees all kitchen staff and follows up with any/all line cooks, prep cooks, etc.
Kitchen manager oversees prep schedule and also does prep.
Every Tuesday prepares the food orders, every Wednesday checks in, food order ; puts away new stock as well as rotating existing stock. Monitors all produce and orders accordingly
You will also work with management to create monthly specials and train staff on how to make those specials.
Make soups and chili.
you will ensure all kitchen staff is productive while working, the kitchen remains clean, and orderly.
At times you will run the kitchen by yourself.
Will be responsible for hiring/firing kitchen staff/line cooks/pizza cooks and also responsible for training new kitchen staff.
