Proficiency in managing administrative kitchen operations, including menu design, costing, ordering, and adherence to food safety protocols.
A great work ethic, demonstrating the capacity to work extended hours without compromising quality.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary of $55,000 - $70,000
One week of paid vacation after 6 months, with an additional two weeks after 18 months.
