We are looking for a reliable handyman with experience in general repairs and maintenance of the grounds, facilities and other miscellaneous responsibilities for a HOA development. Ability to demonstrate a professional and courteous demeanor, work well independently as well as in a group setting. Excellent customer service and capacity to support the extended maintenance team and external vendors. Provides assistance to the Board of Directors as needed. Consistently upholds the policies and procedures of the Heritage Square Association while contributing to its ongoing efforts to preserve, strengthen, and enhance the community’s development. Flexibility with working hours between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm.
