Small busy construction office is looking for an Admin Assistant with good time management and organizational skills. Experience in MS Word, MS Excel, AOL, Gmail and Quickbooks Online.
Office duties include but not limited to:
Answer telephone
Preparation of bid proposals, obtaining bidders list & sending proposals to General Contractors
Follow up on bid proposals
Submittals
Obtaining manufacturer’s warranties
Knowledge of Certified Payrolls & Monthly Manning Reports a plus
