Looking for a Part-Time Mandarin/English Bilingual Admin for Our Real Estate Team
We are seeking an ideal candidate who is detail-oriented, a team player, and willing to assist in all areas.
Duties include:
Property management
Data entry
Bookkeeping
Administrative support
Telephone answering
Email communications
Social media content creation and posting
General assistance with various tasks as needed
Specific duties include:
Property Management: Handling phone and email communications with tenants and landlords, managing rent and expenses bookkeeping, coordinating repairs and inspections as needed.
Phone and Email Management: Answering calls and emails in a polite and professional manner, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Drafting Documents: Preparing leases and contracts for the team leader.
Software Maintenance: Maintaining property management software.
Accounting: Providing monthly accounting and reports for landlords.
This is a 1099 position.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English & Mandarin Writing and Speaking Proficiency
Prior experience in property management or bookkeeping is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Basic working knowledge of these programs and comfort with emails and phone calls is necessary.
Previous experience working in an office environment is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills.
Experience with MLS entry.
Work Schedule:
This position is 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, in the office (hours are somewhat flexible).
Partial Remote work is possible after the candidate demonstrates the ability to work independently without supervision.
