WE ARE HIRING A FULL-TIME OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (experience preferred, but not necessary)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide support to customer service team
- Scheduling jobs
- Dispatching technicians
- Create work orders
- Confirm scheduled jobs
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Assist Director of Operations with processing payments from vendors & subcontractors
- Filing
- Answering phones
- Sales (must have a strong background in sales)
