We seek compassionate, trustworthy, and reliable individuals to join our growing transportation team. We offer full—or part-time work, early mornings, evenings, days, weekends, and holidays servicing the Camden County area.

In this role, you will provide transportation for clients to and from hospitals, nursing and rehabilitation facilities, dialysis centers, medical offices, private residences, and clinics. Furthermore, you will ensure that all passengers reach their destinations safely and in a timely fashion. That means ensuring that everyone is safely strapped in his or her seat belt to have an enjoyable, comfortable ride.

Essential Duties:

● Transporting clients professionally utilizing company vehicles.

● Operating vehicle in a safe manner, including parking the vehicle and pulling into/out of temporary loading/unloading areas

● Assisting clients in getting into the vehicle and safely inside their respective destination

● Utilizing smart mobile technology to interact with dispatching staff to obtain client trip schedules and report the time of passenger pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as any changes to schedule or traffic delays. Notifying the client, if necessary, of late arrivals

● Reporting any incidents or accidents to the supervisor

● Maintaining a professional image and attitude with clients, visitors, and co-workers

● Completing daily vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining vehicle cleanliness

● Adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Experience:

● Must be 23 years of age or older with an HS diploma or GED

● Must possess a valid state-issued, non-expired driver’s license, no probationary licenses

● No moving violations or "at fault" accidents within the past three years

● Ability to understand and operate smart mobile technology, GPS applications, 2-way radios, and cell phones

● Ability to pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and criminal background investigation

● Ability to read, write, and understand English

● Ability to physically step up and down, bend, stoop, and safely secure clients for transport, lift up to 50 lbs., and transport clients with walkers on paved and unpaved surfaces

● Ability to adhere to HIPAA and client confidentiality mandates

Salary Details:

● Competitive rates, starting at $14.50 per hour

● Bi-weekly Pay

● Bonus pay based on quarterly performance

Company vehicles will be provided.
