You'll maintain and strengthen client relationships, actively seek new business opportunities, and meet key financial and non-financial targets with a focus on maximizing revenues and cost efficiency.What You'll Do – Meet or exceed key financial and non-financial targets, with a focus on maximising revenues and cost efficiency.Engage in marketing and business development initiatives, actively developing new client leads and opportunities.Provide team and client management support to ensure excellent service quality and consistency throughout the Business.Implement a culture of shared knowledge, delegated responsibility, and risk management within the team(s).Ensure adherence to agreed policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.Manage staff to achieve business goals, including commercial objectives and targets.Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, clients, regulatory bodies, and other professional intermediaries.Deliver efficient management of client service delivery, commerciality, and risk management.Actively monitor and improve current service delivery, implementing effective actions to deepen client relationships.Drive the financials to meet budgeted revenue, controllable profit, and new business targets.Manage client billing with an emphasis on recovery and minimal write-offs, and support debt collection efforts.Identify and address non-profitable client relationships, implementing action plans to remediate loss positions or exit unprofitable business.
