The role requires monitoring and regular reporting on Project progress in line with the Rest Project Management Framework.Key AccountabilitiesDefine and maintain environment strategy for Jira and ConfluenceEstablish and enforce environment governance standards, naming conventions, and controlsEnsure alignment with enterprise architecture and platform strategyOversee Jira configuration and standardisation across environmentsGovern and maintain:Projects, workflows, issue types, and schemesCustom fields and field configurationsPermissions and role-based access modelsEnsure consistency of configurations across environmentsManage Jira upgrades, feature enablement, and configuration changesControl project creation and prevent sprawl through governance processesOptimise Jira performance, indexing, and system healthSupport Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and enterprise delivery models
