As Head of Medical Services, you'll provide dedicated clinical leadership to TAL's Medical Officer team, shaping the standards, quality and future of insurance medicine across the organisation. Working closely with the Chief Medical Officer and broader Health Services leadership team, you'll help ensure medical expertise is applied in ways that support better customer outcomes, informed business decisions and continuous improvement.
