Your OpportunityAs our P&C Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing specialist HR support to ensure the smooth transition of employees, systems and processes during a significant business transformation. You’ll partner closely with leaders and employees while managing the practical execution of employee transition activities, ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with employment obligations. This is a hands-on advisory role suited to someone who is comfortable working across both strategic stakeholder conversations and detailed operational delivery. You will support leaders through consultation processes while also taking ownership of employment contracts, employee transfers, payroll coordination, superannuation setup, onboarding activities and related administration. You’ll also make an impact by:Managing end-to-end employee transition activities, including employment contracts, transfer documentation, payroll coordination, superannuation setup and onboarding activities. Leading consultation and communication activities to support the migration of employees onto Cuscal employment contracts and systems.Building trusted relationships with leaders and employees, providing practical HR advice while ensuring employee changes are efficiently executed and documented. Supporting both strategic conversations and hands-on delivery, ensuring the detailed execution work is managed accurately and efficiently.
