You will proactively identify market-leading talent, engage passive candidates, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a competitive market.Specifically:Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across a diverse range of engineering and technical disciplines, from initial brief through to successful onboardingProactively identify, engage, and attract high-calibre passive candidates through market mapping, networking, and targeted talent strategiesDevelop and maintain strong talent pipelines to support current and future business growthProvide market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
