About the OpportunityWe are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Territory Sales Manager!Our client is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Sydney Metro area, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below: Driving On-shelf-Availability by identifying and rectifying storage, stock handling and out of stock challengesNegotiation of both Homesite and promotional activity to drive product visibility and salesSelling in core & NPD products whilst maximising upcoming and current promotional activityDriving sales results by developing strong store relationshipsNew line pre-sell and building of range distributionImplementation of product layoutsReporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activityThe CandidateAt Clemenger Field Marketing, we pride ourselves on a fantastic team culture.
