Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ .The Senior Finance Analyst TDS Finance Strategy & Consolidation will provide financial and strategic leadership for the global Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) organization.Responsibilities:

Transform the financial operations strategy of the TDS Finance team, unlocking potential to deliver additional value to our business partners.

Lead the team in embracing the consistent implementation of industry-leading best financial management practices for a complex global organization.

Consolidate Proteins, Synthetics, Advanced Therapies, and Advanced Therapies and Vaccines Switzerland financial results into one complete picture of forecast and actual results; in close collaboration with finance team Sr. Manager and Director.

Shape and deliver reports, presentations, and other ad hoc deliverables that effectively communicate the TDS story and financial performance to business and finance stakeholders at all levels.

Own financial story framing in full, which includes reporting of quarterly financial results and their implications to the TDS leadership team and relevant stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end partnerships and budget management with VP-level heads of Strategy & Operations, CMC, DPDS External Innovation, and DPDS Administration and supporting their teams by building trust and collaboration across their organizations .

Ensure that the principles and elements of the Credo, J&J Business policies, Healthcare Compliance, Regulatory, GAAP, and Sarbanes Oxley are adhered to in all aspects of job responsibilities.

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Accounting or Finance

A Master’s degree, MBA and/or CPA, CMA, are preferred

A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred

Proven experience in financial analysis, consolidation, and storytelling within a complex global environment is required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with various stakeholders – from peer analysts to J&J Innovative Medicine Group Operating Committee members are required

Demonstrates business acumen and the ability to analyze complex financial problems, identify innovative solutions and explain these to a non-finance audience in an easy-to-understand way is required

Strategic thinker with a passion for finance and storytelling is required

Team-player and collaborative working style is required

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and react to fast changing business requirements is required

Continuously looking for process improvements and results is required

Proficiency in financial software and systems, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required

The preferred locations for this role are Spring House, PA; Raritan, NJ; or Titusville, NJ. This role may require up to 10% of travel.

The base pay range for this position is $76,000 - $121,900The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.
