VCA Toms River Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our well-established small animal practice in Toms River, New Jersey.Current students or new graduates, apply today!VCA takes pride in expanding the growth and skill set of new veterinarians. We welcome newly graduated veterinarians (and current veterinary students) to apply to this position where they will receive individualized support with our 6-month mentorship program and a collaborative hospital team environment.Toms River Animal Hospital is supported by a team of professionals with diverse experience who are dedicated to improving the lives of pets and pet parents. Our hospital’s medical standards are led by an on-site Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist who is able to assist the team with working up interesting cases. We have in-house point-of-care diagnostic capabilities, including ultrasound, chemistry and CBC analyzers, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography. We also have an overnight attendant scheduled Mon-Fri which enables us to provide continued care for patients after hours.Our hospital is open 6 days-per-week (Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays). Full-time Veterinarians are typically scheduled 4 days per week (Mon-Fri) with rotating Saturdays.If you are a fan of the beach, then Toms River is the place to be!
