Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/.The Content Intelligence Specialist, WW Promotional Integrity, has a critical role within Medical Technologies, ensuring that through our compliance processes and technology, we safeguard against off-label promotion, communicate safe and effective use of our products, and maintain the integrity of our brands.You will be the Content Intelligence Specialist for a platform that will manage the lifecycle of our content digital assets that is used internally with employees and externally with customers, specifically for the full Copy Review Lifecycle (Create, Approve, Publish, Measure, Sunset).The Content Intelligence Specialist (CIS) will implement the strategic roadmap & critical requirements, set by the Product Owner, of the various technologies in partnership with the technical support teams. The CIS will manage the creation, development & execution of critical reports, user support tools, and business requirements to streamline user experience & gain insights into areas for improvement. The CIS will be the connection point for all areas of reporting, IRIS support, user onboarding/maintenance, and various end user support tools utilizing Agile processes to prioritize and implement a robust report/metric/user experience backlog.The CIS will be responsible for shaping, exploring & benchmarking best-in-class capabilities internally/externally, drive proof of concept capabilities to innovate solutions for the various pain points & future state opportunity areas including new approaches, processes, procedures, and integration to support user onboarding/profile maintenance.Additionally, the CIS will define, develop, own, support & oversee the report/IRIS/WhatFix/SharePoint/Monday.com backlogs. This will include uncovering opportunities for continuous process improvement based on data driven metrics and continued customer feedback.Content Intelligence Specialist Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

Product Lead for WhatFix – manage backlog, develop code, bring innovation to JNJ via WhatFix offerings. Based on WhatFix analytics, work with the development team to streamline, improve, and enhance the end user experience in Aprimo

Product Manager of the AMP SharePoint – manage backlog, design to fit needs of the globe by working with global users, implement CPI on an ongoing basis, innovate as needed

Product Manager for D&A for AMP – work with Aprimo to design, develop, release, and enhance all metrics that are needed for the Copy Review process.

Analyze the metrics on a regular basis to dig deeper and determine root causes and areas of improvement and/or additional metrics needed

Partner with Lead BA to understand the BA world and become proficient in JIRA, story writing, and backlog grooming; will serve as the backup BA as needed

Managing the onboarding process for all users globally, this includes process work and improvements; connect to various LMS’s, connect to JJEDs, reduce manual intervention by various teams

Manage the AMP IRIS queue: Ensure queues are set up properly, add, edit, reconfigure metadata as needed and processes/technology changes

Become proficient in Monday.com and MS Forms to ensure all feedback is being captured and addressed

Oversee 1-3 direct / matrix Business Analysists

The base pay range for this position is $105,000 to $160,000 based on experience . The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration or related is required, with a minimum of 6 years of related experience required, e.g. on an Agile Team (depending on seniority and context of role)​.

Genuine passion for business solutions, understanding how things work and for applying technology to bring value to businesses/customers. (depending on context of role)​.

Able to prioritize requirements and to present ideas in business and non-technical language​.

Big picture mindset with the ability to zoom in and out of details, balancing both technical and strategic demands.​

Capable to gather and understand demand as well as to write and approve user stories​.

Prioritization in complex environments and sequencing work​.

Establishing and targeting objectives with the agile team based on stories and features to be delivered​.
