Coordinator Process Specialist

Title: Coordinator Process SpecialistDivision & Department: Education OperationsStatus: Temporary Full-Time HourlyReports to: Director of OperationsLocation: Remote – Anywhere in the contiguous USWage: $17.00/hourJob SummaryThe primary role of the Coordinator Process Specialist is to provide logistics support to the Client Services Team. This is a temporary full-time role working 40 hours per week. Provides logistics support for our Client Engagement Coordinators, their sales teams and clients.Essential Job Functions

Accurately enter information into FranklinCovey systems in a timely manner

Send and receive client communications regarding ongoing events utilizing FranklinCovey templates.

Maintain facilitator database for workshop and post-workshop processes.

Provide support to CEC team for customer requests for “vendor forms” and client specific information requests

Support the issuing and return of contracts and intellectual property licenses in a timely manner.

Maintain Salesforce/Google Drive filing system for job related paperwork.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in a customer service, logistics, operations, and/or K-12 education role.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Self-motivated and able to work well independently.

Willingness to work as part of a team, help others and ask for help as needed

Outstanding work ethic

Positive customer service mindset

Mindset to take responsibility and see tasks to closure.

Organization skills with high attention to detail

Computer proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite

Prefer CRM experience with SFDC

Exceptional written and verbal communication skill.

Location in the contiguous US
