Job title : Director, Health Information Technology Account Solutions & ExecutionOur Team:The Director will lead building a Health Information Technology capability to support our customers in improving Vaccination rates.Job Description:The Director, Health Information Technology Strategic Account Management will oversee building and executing the Health Information Technology (HIT) capability for Sanofi Vaccines.

Leader in development of health information technology initiatives to assist Health Systems in improving vaccine related population health protocols. This leader will contribute to Strategy and Solution development of the HIT Program.

Act as a technical expert on appropriate Health IT strategies and use of Health IT resources to the SAM/NAM team and HQ

Develop and execute comprehensive Health IT strategies to promote our healthcare products/services and achieve business objectives

Exhibit deep and actionable insights about customers and local market dynamics.

Assist marketing in developing/proposing new resources/tools for use in-market.

Identify and develop HIT market shaping opportunities between Sanofi and relevant HIT vendors, influencers, policy makers, customers, or multiple stakeholders within key market ecosystems.

Assist marketing in monitoring external technical and business environment for innovative needs and resources.

Provide educational support to the broader Sanofi account team regarding HIT existing capabilities and emerging trends/implications.

Establish relationships with high priority decision makers, Key Opinion Leaders, C-Suite, in health information technology to facilitate access to Sanofi Vaccines and influence/change to vaccination/immunization protocol.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional team (Brand, Portfolio, Market Access, Operations, Strategy, etc.) to uncover opportunities, and/or uncover underlying or unexpressed clinical/customer technology needs.

Deliver regular business reviews with the Account Team and leadership.

Create business plans including, but not limited to opportunity development, strategic account targeting and planning and developing competitive strategies to successfully meet sales goals.

Ensures key stakeholders; marketing, medical affairs, market access, and operations, are fully briefed and aligned on relevant business opportunities.

Align Sanofi HIT capabilities with customer HIT capabilities.

Minimum required skills & experience:· Bachelor’s degree required.· Broad understanding of health system business, decision making processes & market trends with a proven track record of accessing C-suite to D-suite decision makers.· The ability to execute tactical initiatives, provide ongoing feedback, and prioritize multiple projects.· Broad field sales experience with demonstrated success working with P&T committees, decision makers & influencers in Hospitals, Health Systems and IHNs.· 10+ years of experience in Health IT, marketing, or commercial field.· Possesses strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.· Self-directed and organized with excellent execution and planning skills.· Ability to adapt and change in a shifting environment.· Excellent communication skills both written and oral.Minimum preferred skills & experience:· Experience leading Customer-Facing Tech Teams· Experience with LifeScience Organizations and HIT Organizations and Vendors· Strong data analytics· Proficient with MS Office, customer management databasedPursue progress, discover extraordinaryBetter is out there.
