SNOW CMDB and Integration Architect

OverviewGovCIO is currently hiring for a ServiceNow CMDB and Integration Architect. This position will be located in Washington D.C and will be a fully remote position.Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise and lead architecture strategy and implementation initiatives on Integration, CMDB, and ITOM.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM and Integration solution architecture and deployment documentation in support of EPA business requirements.

Create and manage the ServiceNow CMDB, Integration and ITOM strategic roadmap as part of the overall Technology Roadmap for EPA to improve CMDB and configuration process maturity.

Participate in the delivery of Integration, CMDB, and ITOM projects/services during planning, development, and roll out phases.

Assist with any technology or expertise gap during implementation for Integration, CMDB, and ITOM.

Maintain and manage CMDB health and usage.

Maintain an awareness and understanding of ServiceNow technological advances; provide continuous research and assessment of new resources and technology available for the ServiceNow platform in CMDB, ITOM, ITAM, Integration modules.

Assist the ServiceNow Platform Architect to design, develop and implement ITIL processes utilizing current/proposed ServiceNow modules within the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Architect to research and evaluate alternative solutions and identify opportunities to maximize ServiceNow platform value, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.

Collaborate with the ServiceNow Platform Architect to evaluate new ServiceNow features and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations.

QualificationsBachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience)Required Skills and Experience

8+ years of ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM integration, configuration and implementation experience

Attention to detail and highly organized

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner

Resourceful and creative in solving problems and overcoming obstacles

Must be a well-motivated team player

Clearance Required: Able to acquire and maintain a Public Trust

Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)

Attention to detail and highly organized

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts to customers in a clear and concise manner

Resourceful and creative in solving problems and overcoming obstacles

Must be a well-motivated team player

Clearance Required: Able to acquire and maintain AOUSC Public Trust

Preferred Skills and Experience:

5+ years of experience working in an Enterprise Data Warehouse environment
