Job DescriptionWorking hand-in-hand with Sales Executives, Key Account Directors, Technical Account Managers and Application Sales Leaders, and as a Master Principal Sales Consultant, focuses their highly skilled efforts in developing relationships with qualified target decision-makers to build and uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, lead the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the authority for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer happiness. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops efficient tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.#LI-VC7ResponsibilitiesSpecifically looking for experience with SaaS HCM (HR) and/or ERP (Financials).As a Function Domain Specialist/Leader, work independently to drive net new sales in existing and greenfield clients across multiple industries for our Oracle Operate (Functional Services) offerings.
Successful Candidates need to have extensive experience in 2 or more Oracle Applications for either on-Premise, IaaS, PaaS or SaaS.
Candidate should have participated in the delivery or sale of services through the support lifecycle including crafting strategic and tactical plans to generate greenfield opportunities.
Independently build sales collateral to support client meetings and articulate Oracle application management services value propositions and market offering to internal and external business customers.
Sales and delivery experience around upgrades, migrations, and post-production support is required.
Focus areas are functional help desk, integration/extension management, critical business process management and testing services. Candidates must be capable of leading large cloud services deals from discovery, solution build, contract close and hand over to Delivery. May be eligible for equity. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
