job detailsjob summary:We are searching for a Production Supervisor in Vineland, NJ to work for an industry leading manufacturing company. Candidates should have 3+ years of supervisory experience and must have knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes.This is a 1st shift direct hire role with great benefits.location: Vineland, New Jerseyjob type: Permanentsalary: $60,000 - 85,000 per yearwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: High Schoolresponsibilities:
Lead department in meeting and exceeding productivity and quality standards.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Promote a success-driven culture of caring and pride across the department and the plant.
Manage employee performance, including regular monitoring and feedback, coaching and disciplinary action.
Assist in new hire orientation and training, including cross-training within the department.
Plan work effectively and coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and waste.
Communicate with the maintenance department to facilitate safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
