Description Job Description:· Support and Development for the Archer GRC Platform· Perform research, system analysis, troubleshooting, programming or other activities which might be required for development and support of Archer GRC platform.· Participate in the technical design and development of new products or system enhancements.· Perform aspects of agile software development, including user story writing, release and iteration planning, agile modeling and design, development, unit and integration testing, code reviews, and software documentation· Estimate work effort requirements and durations for software support and development tasks· Ensure timely, effective, and quality fixes to defects, while working collaboratively with development team and Business Analysis/QA team to deliver high-quality products.· Participation in the solution development process and ensuring that customer requests and needs are represented within the product.· Collaborate and work closely with Business Line Associates throughout a project’s lifecycle· Gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements as needed for successful Archer implementations.· Designing and building processes and technical requirements for Archer implementations· Assess risks and controls and identify opportunities for improvement.· Follow software development and testing best practices, standards and architectures for relevant technologies.Has appreciable latitude for independent action or decision makingRequirements · 5+ Years of Archer eGRC development experience· Experience in Archer Advanced Workflow experience.· Subject matter expert for RSA Archer eGRC SmartSuite, with knowledge of Archer system architecture and core concepts related to Governance, Risk Management & Compliance· Develops/Modifies/Maintains Archer Applications, Dashboards, iViews, Mail Merge Templates, Data Feeds and Reports· Solid understanding of system integration, interface methods, API's, SOA, etc.Experience with a web application, web service development, web frameworks and scripting (IIS, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, Regular Expressions, etc.)· Broad knowledge of infrastructure (network, databases, and servers), services, security standards and best practices· Practical experience gathering business requirements, conceptualizing, or designing solutions.· Experience with the software development life cycle and agile development principles.· Experience with a data analysis and reporting (SQL, SSRS, Excel BI Tools, Power BI)Good to have· Archer certification v5.x and/or v6.x preferred.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
