Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative for Window Shade Products
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual with excellent customer service skills to represent our high-quality window shade products. If you are patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable standing or sitting in a stationary position for extended periods, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they pass by and engage in friendly conversation to gather basic information about their needs
Collect customer details to ensure a sales consultant can follow up later for further inquiries or to schedule an in-home consultation
Maintain a professional, attentive presence and provide a welcoming environment for all customers
Focus on excellent customer service at all times
Schedule:
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday: 9 AM to 8 PM
Sunday: 9 AM to 6 PM
No phone use during working hours—full attention is required to engage with customers effectively.
