Job Description
The Business Development Center (BDC) oversees all inbound and outbound calls that help to maintain and grow the Service Department. Many customers call in with questions about car services and to make appointments. Our BDC acts as both the first and last points-of-contact to guide these inquiries and follow-up with customers after their maintenance appointments. Every day you'll learn something new!
Responsibilities
Respond to all inbound calls and internet chats
Provide guidance to customer questions and build rapport
Strategically make appointments based on customer needs
Conduct reminder and follow-up calls
Train with Service Advisors to understand the business
Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and professional manner
Maintain composure in high pressure environment
Multi-task during peak times of high volume calls
Organized in tracking follow-up calls
Willingness to learn new systems such as CRM tools
Punctuality is a must
