Description We are searching for a dedicated Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Case Manager Paralegal to be an integral part of our law firm client's team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role involves handling pre-litigation personal injury cases, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining detailed records. The candidate will also be tasked with using various software to carry out duties and effectively administer claims. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those with a background in case management and a proficiency in various software tools. Prior personal injury litigation experience is also an asset. This is an in-office role and our client prefers a Spanish-speaking candidate.Responsibilities: Handle pre-litigation personal injury cases with diligence and accuracy Utilize Case Management Software to efficiently manage customer cases Operate Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel for document handling and data management Use LexisNexis for legal research and case preparation Oversee billing functions to ensure accurate invoicing Conduct briefing sessions to update team members on case progress Manage calendars to organize and schedule appointments or case events Administer claims and handle customer complaints effectively Provide support in Personal Injury Plaintiffs related tasks Maintain a comprehensive management system for streamlined operations.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software, and LexisNexis Familiarity with Management System and Microsoft Excel Ability to handle billing functions Experience in briefing, calendar management, and claim administration Proficient in complaint handling Experience working with Personal Injury Plaintiffs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure Demonstrable knowledge of legal terminology and principles Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
