Description Robert Half is seeking a consultant with programming (Python, Linux) and API Integration to provide Oracle CRM integration support.The contract would be for 6 months, with the possibility to extend if needed.The primary task is to support the integration of the Oracle CRM system with a work order system called VUEWorksResponsibilities:Oracle CRM System Integration: Provide support for Oracle CRM-to-VUEWorks system integration. Assess configuration of Oracle CRM-to-VUEWorks integration to align with business requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Ensure data migration from Oracle CRM to VUEWorks is accurate and complete.Training and Support: Develop training materials for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to users. Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related inquiries.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes through integration capabilities. Collaborate with different departments to integrate CRM with other business systems.
