Description Seeking Customer Service Representatives!Local Answering service company in ALBUQUERQUE is seeking a PART TIME Weekends DAY SHIFT CSR. In this role you will be taking inbound calls for doctors and physicians. Must have prior customer service, attention to detail and over the top listening skills. The hours for this position are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 8am to 430pm, (32 hours) with the potential for more hours if desired. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour. This position has the ability to be hybrid/remote but must be able to work in Albuquerque and go in the office when needed. Provide accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Field and send written business correspondence

Manage and place incoming telephone calls

Requirements - Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research

Customer service and office administrative skills

Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

Strong computer skills including customer database systems

Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions

Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills

Deep understanding of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

Solid understanding of customer service

Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

Excellent oral and written communications skills

Foundational knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
