We are hiring for a local Utility Services Company and are looking for a well establish Customer Service Represeantive. Please see details below: Description:
We are hiring 4 customer-focused representatives to join a very well-known organization in the call center.
On a day to day basis, representatives will be expected to handle customer phone calls, emails, and chat lines regarding their utility service needs.
Reps will learn up to 5 different software sites/programs.
Taking 40-50 inbound calls a day.
General questions on service for utility service needs
Payment/billing arrangements for customer
Connecting and/or disconnecting service
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87102
Hours: Monday-Friday

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Ability to deescalate calls without transferring to management for solutions
Seeking 1-2 years of call center experience
Must be able to work from home after training (internet at home and private space at home as well)
Someone who has worked with 3-5 software programs at one time and can toggle between programs
Ability to utilize dual computer screens as well
Someone who is focused one call resolution (this is something the company is putting a lot of focus around)
Bilingual (English/Spanish speaker)
