Description Robert Half is seeking a Desktop Support / Technology Manager.The primary function of the Desktop Support / Technology Manager is to ensure the efficient and effective operations of the IT Department.This position provides day to day IT support and oversight, planning, direction, implementation logistics and support, monitoring, and maintenance of the all IT systems; specifically, these systems include but are not limited to the Customer Relationship Management (CRM)system, network, Mac and Windows operating systems, and system security, The Desktop support / technology Manager is also responsible for managing data structure across Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, and Apple iCloud, and plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our Microsoft 365 environment.ESSENTIAL DUTIES include but are not limited to: Data Management:o Oversees data storage, organization, and access control in Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint, and iCloud. o Collaborates with teams to ensure efficient document management practices.o Implements robust permission management for secure file sharing. User Management: o Oversees installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems for 35 to 40 users in both Mac and PC environments. o Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and resolves issues related to hardware and software.o Provides end user training, as necessary.o Creates and maintains technology policies, standards, and procedures.o Manages software licensing and versions for all users.o Manages communications systems (Outlook/Teams/Phone). Digital Workplace Management: o Designs, implements and improves the digital workplace strategy that supports the organization’s business transformation within Microsoft 365. o Aligns with the department leaders and understands their goals and strategic initiatives.o Keeps apprised of the latest digital workplace technology developments and trends. o Drives employee adoption and engagement of the digital workplace tools and solutions.Rev. 01.24o Measures and reports on the business outcomes and ROI of digital workplace investments.o Manages and optimizes the Microsoft Teams environment. Vendor Management: o Coordinates with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary IT (Information Technology) resources, negotiates contracts, and ensures the delivery of quality services and products. System Security: o Institutes and enforces best practices for the safety of users o Manages cyber-security for entire organization.o Oversees compliance with standards such as payment card industry (PCI) compliance and others.Requirements Interviews are currently being conducted, for immediate consideration please applyThe successful Desktop support / Technology Manager will have:Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or experienceFive year’s' experience (5+ years) within Information Technology Management/leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of Mac operating systems. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Windows operating systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory), and systems performance monitoring. Experience as sole IT support for an organization Experience with technology training/coaching end users. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Acrobat) preferred. Ability to stay current on knowledge of IT industry trends, best practices, and technologies. Demonstrated aptitude for learning innovative technologies. Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively solve critical problems in a timely manner. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Experience in researching, selecting, and managing solutions and changes to network infrastructure. Experience in developing and managing I.T. budgets. Experience in working with outside vendors and consultants as needed for information and assistance in hardware/software purchases, problem solving, network design and other projects. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.   • The Digital Campaign Manager (DCM) supports their client with enhanced Campaign Management support in the planning, onboarding, distribution, and measurement phases of a digital campaign. The DCM is responsible for the delivery of digital marketing solutions for Acxiom clients from beginning to end. The DCM is often the primary daily client contact as it pertains to the delivery of digital marketing solutions as well as managing the timelines and deliverables across the internal cross functional teams. The candidate must possess a knowledge of Acxiom processes for the products they support and of the processes and requirements of partners where required which may include working within different CDP or onboarding platforms. The DCM oversees the daily operation of campaigns and the teams that support them, acting as the quarterback to ensure the timely and quality delivery of digital solutions including, for example, online display advertising, addressable television advertising, and closed-loop campaign measurement.
