Job SummaryBohannan Huston is currently seeking a full-time Entry Level Civil Engineer to join our Water and Wastewater Systems Engineering Group in our Albuquerque, NM office.As an engineer in training (EI) in this group, you will be involved in numerous tasks that include working in a team environment on Water and Wastewater projects primarily in New Mexico or states adjacent to New Mexico (i.e. Arizona and Colorado), using critical thinking to analyze and provide recommendations to address client needs, and preparing design plans and other construction related documents for a variety of projects. The successful candidate will have a willingness and ability to work on multiple projects at once.WHO YOU ARE

You have graduated or are within a semester of graduating with a bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, and have

at least a 3.0 GPAand have shown a commitment to academic focus, leadership and delivering high quality solutions and products.

You have earned your

EI certificationor can obtain your certification within 12 months of hire.

You are a self-starter with 0-4 years' experience in water and wastewater system planning, design and/or construction.

You have experience in AutoCAD Civil 3D, ESRI ARCGIS, InfoWater, InfoSWMM/InfoWORKS Pro is highly preferred.

You have excellent written and verbal communication, are a great listener, and are prompt, polished, and specific in your responses.

You are determined, organized, and detail oriented.

You are customer focused.

You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and grow.

You welcome feedback and find ways to do your work better.

You are eager to make your work more efficient by learning and mastering various engineering technologies.
