This is a full-timeposition offered Monday Friday with an eight-hour shift between the hours of8 : 00 am 5 pm daily.

What You'll Do :

Answer inbound calls in a small call center and provide consultative sales and first level jewelry technical support to each customer.

Consult with customers via phone, chat, and email identifying the customers’ needs and how our products and services best serve those needs.

Consult with customers to answer jewelry product or process questions to help them make informed buying decisions.

Handle customer inquiries in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an excellent customer service experience.

Share the benefits of loyalty and marketing programs with customers.

Handle sales opportunities from quote to close.

Grow our business by providing our customers with jewelry product and process suggestions and solutions

Process customer orders

Resolve customer service issues balancing company and customer interests.

Collaborate with teammates and Rio Jewelry Tech team to recommend and create process improvements.

Engage in opportunities for on-going training for jewelry making products, processes and techniques, as well as consultative sales training and more in-depth cultural training.

What You'll Need :

Youwill have experience in sales and customer service, as well as a passion forgoing above and beyond to help customers grow their businesses.

Additionalqualifications include :

Minimum of 1 year of jewelry product and process experience.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience and a passion for going above and beyond to help customers grow their businesses.

Self-motivation with the ability to manage yourself and others within a participative management culture.

A track record of selling and achieving sales goals.

Ability to gather and analyze information in order to quickly understand the customer’s core issue and convey the solution.

Passion for learning and applying new jewelry tech skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Experience in jewelry bench skills is desired.

Demonstrated computer proficiency in a Windows / Microsoft Office-based environment and Internet navigation skills.

Typing skills of 35 WPM; 10-key proficiency is desired.
