Be responsible for word processing, copy services, office reception, mail and distribution efforts, communication systems, utility services, and office equipment

Manage overall office administration

Participate in creating and altering office policies and procedure for improved workflow

Help Management in managing budget for office related items and staff

Observe and seek improvements to office organization Requirements - 2+ years of job related experience desired

Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred

Adeptness in Managerial accounting

Foundational knowledge in Administrative Office

Demonstrated knowledge of Managerial Oversight

Administrative management experience

Administrative skills experience

Administrative procedures experience

Administrative experience experience desired
