Operations Director - Remote (NM preferred)

Responsible for direct oversight and leadership of multiple functions of business operations. Includes development and management of operational metrics for productivity and quality; policy and procedure development and execution; and direction of a cross-functional team. Responsible for management of budget with focus on systems efficiencies and process improvements.

Directs day-to-day operations of a cross-functional team, monitoring monthly performance and service levels.

Develops and manages quality of work and execution of standards.

Employs key metrics and an active management approach to ensure productivity and quality.

Provides direct oversight of new services from implementations through execution.

Works in a highly matrixed organization and collaborates with other departments supporting business requirements and operational needs.

Works with internal partners to assure quality of information and efficiency of technology.

Develops and implements strategies to simplify processes and decrease administrative costs.

Responsible for budget, ensuring necessary resources are available and efficient.

Performs other duties as assigned by management.
