Description Local company in Albuquerque seeking a part time Bookkeeper/Payroll Assistant. ON SITE. This is a perfect position for someone looking for some "side income". Need to have some Bookkeeping/Accounting experience, but close to "entry level" is OK; they will train. 20-30 hours a week, $17+ to start, will increase if the right fit. Apply today!Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role Proficiency in account reconciliation and data entry Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with bank reconciliations Strong bookkeeping skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with month-end close processes Experience with payroll, including automated payroll Proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with ADP - Payroll system Ability to work part-time Previous experience in a CPA Firm or similar industry is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
